Essential Package
The Essential building inspection is a structural report of the property. This report will assess the external structural integrity of the property as well as test smoke detectors and moisture levels in walls, floors and ceilings.
We inspect properties across the NSW South Coast, including: Batemans Bay, Moruya, Narooma, Ulladulla, Milton, Mollymook and surrounding areas. If you’re outside these regions, just reach out, we’ll let you know if we can assist.
